Our services encompass a range of lifestyle management assistance, including but not limited to travel bookings, accommodation assistance, cultural and social activity planning, personal shopping, health and wellness recommendations, administrative support, education services, transportation guidance, emergency assistance, technology support, and legal advice.
Membership
Membership is per family/household and is limited to the below scope of works.Membership costs start from £1000 - £5000 plus VAT per annum based on the number of family members within each membership. Membership is available on application. New members must provide details of an existing Freder client in order to apply.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery.Clients are expected to communicate their preferences, requirements, and any changes promptly.
3. Service Fees
The cost of services will be communicated to the client before initiation.Fees may vary based on the scope of services and any additional requests made by the client.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due before the initiation of services.Late payments may incur additional charges.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies will be communicated to the client before services commence.Refunds are subject to the discretion of the service provider and may be prorated.

1. Limitation of Liability
The service provider is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services.
2. Third-Party Services
The service provider may engage third-party vendors to fulfil specific services. The client acknowledges that the service provider is not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party providers.
3. Client Assumption of Risk
Clients understand and accept that certain activities, such as travel and events, involve inherent risks. Clients engage in such activities at their own risk.
4. Force Majeure
The service provider is not liable for any failure or delay in service performance arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
5. Confidentiality
The service provider will handle client information with confidentiality. However, the service provider is not liable for any unauthorised access or disclosure of information beyond its control.
6. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the service provider is registered.
7. Amendments
The service provider reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions with notice to the client.
